Responsibilities may include:
Delivering exceptional à la carte and banquet event menus
Maintain high culinary standards
Managing prep, orderingand stock control
Upholding hygiene, food safetyand equipment maintenance
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
Holding a qualification in commercial cookery or working towards one
Demonstrated experience in restaurants, events or hotels
Creativity, consistencyand attention to detail in food presentation
Strongcommunication and collaboration skills
Understanding of HACCP and kitchen compliance standards
A genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
