Help assess candidates' experience, availability, communication skills and suitability for the role.
Complete reference checks and coordinate required pre-employment checks and documentation.
Prepare and post job advertisements, and assist with sourcing suitable candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and support a smooth handover into onboarding.
Assist at recruitment events,
expos and information sessions when required.
You'll be encouraged to ask questions, raise concerns early and suggest practical improvements as you learn our processes.
What you'll bring
At least 12 months' experience in recruitment, including exposure to screening, interview coordination and recruitment administration.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
A friendly, professional communication style and confidence speaking with candidates.
The ability to manage several tasks, follow established processes and meet agreed deadlines.
A willingness to learn, take feedback and seek guidance when needed.
