The successful candidate will perform layout and design calculations, prepare reports, maps, drawings and plans, and conduct field surveys to provide reliable data for design activities.

The candidate should possess a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Civil Construction Design or a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 4 years' experience.
