A Sydney hospitality and nightlife operator seeks an experienced Chef to join its kitchen brigade on a permanent, full time basis across a high-end Italian‐Mediterranean dining room, an open-air terrace cocktail bar and a late-night club lounge.
You will hold a section during peak service, produce share-style plates, manage mise en place and stock, forecast kitchen needs and assist with events, while training apprentices and ensuring HACCP compliance.
