n Located just 15km south of Brisbane's CBD, you'll be joining a close-knit Accounts Payable team of four, where most team members have been with the business for over a decade. That means a wealth of knowledge, established processes, and colleagues who genuinely know the business inside out.
n And forget being handed a dusty training manual and wished valuable luck. You'll receive dedicated, face-to-face training from experienced team members who will help you find your feet from day one.
About the Role
n We're looking for an Accounts Payable Officer who enjoys a busy desk, takes pride in getting the details right, and can bring a positive, proactive attitude to a four-month contract through to the end of February. You'll be responsible for:

Managing high-volume accounts payable processing with accuracy and efficiency.
n
Processing and reconciling supplier invoices using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
n
Investigating invoice discrepancies and working collaboratively to resolve issues.
n




Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep payments and processes running smoothly.
n
Supporting a knowledgeable, four-person AP team in maintaining high standards across a fast-paced finance function.

About You
n
nYou don't need to know everything on day one. That's what the team's combined decades of experience are there for! What you do need is a solid foundation in Accounts Payable, an eye for detail, and the ability to keep up when things get busy. Ideally, you'll bring:n

Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume Accounts Payable workplace.
n
Confidence navigating financial systems, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience highly regarded.
n
Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to producing quality work.
n
A proactive, curious attitude and the confidence to ask questions and take initiative.
n
A collaborative approach and the ability to hit the ground running while learning from an experienced team.
n
Most importantly, you'll be immediately available
to commence a four-month contract through to the end of February. n
