This is a fast paced and rewarding role where you'll become a key point of contact between our customers, managing orders from quotation through to production and despatch.
Key responsibilities
Processing customer orders
Building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted point of contact
Liaising with customers regarding artwork, production timelines, deliveries and order requirements
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time
Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
About you
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience in the print/label industry would be highly regarded
