About the Role
As a
Specialist Receptionist
, you'll enjoy a diverse role where no two days are the same. Combining treatment coordination with reception responsibilities, you'll play an important role in helping patients navigate their treatment journey while ensuring our specialist practices run smoothly.
You'll work closely with our specialists, Senior administrators, reception and clinical team and clinical team to coordinate treatment plans, communicate fees, follow up with patients and make the process of proceeding with treatment as seamless as possible.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships,



is confident communicating with patients and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
Managing incoming phone calls and emails
Scheduling appointments across multiple specialists and locations
Coordinating referrals and communicating with referring dental practices
Preparing patient documentation and correspondence
Managing patient accounts and processing payments
Supporting day to day administrative operations
Working collaboratively with our clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Presenting treatment plans, estimates and fees to patients in a clear and professional manner
Following up patients with outstanding treatment plans and helping them progress to booking
Coordinating appointments and multi-stage treatment plans across our specialists
Discussing payment options and addressing patient questions regarding treatment costs
Who We're Looking For

You will:
Be passionate about providing exceptional patient care
Enjoy building relationships and communicating confidently with patients
Be comfortable discussing treatment plans, fees and payment options
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Take pride in being organised, reliable and detail-oriented
Be proactive in following up patients and coordinating outstanding treatment




Enjoy working in a busy and rewarding environment
Be confident managing competing priorities across treatment coordination and reception
Work well within a supportive team
Bring a positive attitude and contribute to an outstanding workplace culture
Preferred Experience
Dental reception or other healthcare administration experience
Experience communicating fees, presenting options and following up prospective or existing customers
Specialist dental experience is not essential.
We're happy to train the right person who has the confidence, communication skills and drive to succeed in this role.
