JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
You'll visit clients in their homes across Sydney's Inner West and South, providing clinical care to clients with a range of needs.
You'll have the autonomy to manage your own diary, organise your travel and structure your working day.
The role is initially part-time, with the chance to increase your hours and potentially move to full time as the service and your caseload grow.
Your day may include:
Wound care and pressure injury management
Catheter insertion and management (IDC/SPC)
PEG feeding and enteral nutrition support
Medication administration
Continence assessments and product recommendations
Clinical reviews and care planning
Clinical documentation and oversight
Building ongoing relationships with clients and their families
Importantly, this isn't about rushing from one appointment to the next. You'll have the opportunity to build real relationships with clients through repeat visits and ongoing care.
About the Employer
Bethel Home Care is growing, and we're looking for a Part time Registered Nurse (15 hours per week, can be over 2 or 3 days)

We support older people through Support at Home and Commonwealth Home Support Programs, providing personalised care that helps clients remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes.

About the Candidate
We're looking for a Registered Nurse who combines strong clinical skills with a genuine passion for people.
You'll be someone who:




Is registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
Is confident working independently in the community
Has a caring, patient and empathetic approach
Communicates well with clients, families and other health professionals
Can organise your own workload and manage competing priorities
Has a current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Enjoys building relationships rather than simply completing appointments
Community or aged care nursing experience is highly regarded.
