The Opportunity
Support an in office wind energy construction team in South Australia's Mid North region. This opportunity suits applicants living locally who can coordinate practical administration for project leaders and site personnel.
Responsibilities
Keep site files, registers and project records accurate and ready for audit.
Coordinate worker onboarding, inductions, training evidence and access requirements.
Assist with purchase orders, timesheets, travel and accommodation.
Provide daily support to project management and site leadership.
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and employees to resolve administrative needs.
Requirements
Skills, Education and Requirements
Administration experience, preferably in construction,



mining, infrastructure or a related environment.
Current South Australian driver licence.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and clear written and verbal communication.
Organisation, accuracy and the ability to balance competing deadlines.
A reliable, proactive approach to supporting a busy site team.
