The Opportunity
We're looking for
new or experienced on‐road Solar & Battery Sales Professionals
to service the
Gold Coast/Brisbane/Toowoomba/Ballina/Sunshine coast and surrounding areas
.
This is a
contract role with uncapped commissions (Commission‐only) and realistic earning potential of $250,000+ OTE
. No cold calling. No door‐knocking. Just high‐intent appointments and a team that knows how to support closers.
What You'll Be Doing
Running in‐home consultations
Understanding each homeowner's energy use and goals




Recommending tailored solar + battery solutions
Presenting clear proposals focused on ROI and long‐term savings
Managing contracts and clean handovers to our operations team
Providing a premium experience that drives referrals and repeat business
What We're Looking For
On‐Road Solar & Battery Sales Professional
Proven track record closing high‐ticket, consultative deals
Strong communication and presentation skills
Professional, ethical and customer‐focused approach
Self‐driven, reliable and comfortable working autonomously
Follow up king/Queen is a must
