Are you a skilled Joiner/Installer looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company? Look no further! We are seeking a talented full time Joiner/Installer to join our team at NC Slater Joinery. As a Joiner/Installer, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful installation and finishing of our high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
JOINERY Installation: responsibilities included, but not limited to:
Joinery Installation, including cabinet, kitchen, bathrooms, and wardrobes
Joinery services, including commercial and residential
Joinery factory work, including cabinet making
Studying drawings and specifications to determine materials and dimensions required
Selecting materials and preparing layouts
Erecting framework, panelized systems and roof framing
Cutting wood joints
Ensure all installations meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met




Maintain accurate records of timesheets, work completed, and any client requests or changes
Requirements
Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Joiner/Installer
Trade Qualifications: Relevant joinery or carpentry qualifications
Skills: Proficient in using hand and power and joinery tools, including track saw
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Safety: Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety
