Your day to day looks like
Monitoring labour productivity, profitability and branch performance
Partnering with the Regional Manager NQ & CQ to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets
Championing safety, quality and continuous improvement
Leading, coaching and supporting a team of HVAC Service Technicians
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and deliver agreed service levels
Building trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service and project work
Reviewing quotations, job orders, timesheets, invoices and service documentation

You will also bring:
Experience within HVAC (preferred) OR mechanical services
A focus on safety, quality, accountability and team performance
Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship skills
Excellent time management, organisation, attention to detail and communication skills
The ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace
The right to live and work in Australia
A trade background is highly regarded, but we're equally interested in experienced service leaders who understand how to balance operational performance, customer relationships, and commercial outcomes
