CyberCX, part of Accenture, is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join our Canberra team. You will own and support customer cloud environments, troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions that keep critical systems online.
In this role you will address incidents, manage relationships with customers and vendors, and provision cloud resources. You will apply DevOps practices and continuously monitor system availability to ensure service levels.
