About the role
You'll be an integral part of our property management team, assisting with the day-to-day management of our portfolio while also being the welcoming face of our office. With option for immediate or 'New Year' start.
Key Responsibilities
Front-of-house reception and customer service
Managing incoming calls, enquiries, and correspondence
Coordinating property inspections, maintenance, and repairs
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
Managing smoke alarm and pool safety compliance requirements
Completing of routine inspections
Assisting with leasing activities, including advertising vacant properties
Maintaining accurate records and property files
Providing administrative support to the Property Management team
General office duties and assisting wherever required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous administration and/or reception experience




Experience within property management or real estate (preferred but not essential)
A current driver's licence
A current Real Estate Registration Certificate/Licence, or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
A positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude
A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team culture
