About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Solution Architect
to support the design and delivery of enterprise technology solutions for our client.
The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in enterprise solution architecture, CRM platforms, business applications, data integration, and digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide enterprise solution architecture expertise and technical leadership across complex IT projects.
Design and implement CRM platforms and customer/service management solutions.
Lead solution architecture for business applications and workflow automation initiatives.
Develop solutions involving PIMS, records management, document management, and information management systems.
Define data architecture, data modelling, and system integration strategies.
Design and oversee solutions within .NET-based application environments.
Develop architecture solutions for digital forms, case management systems, and business process automation.
Provide architectural guidance for Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital platforms.
Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
Prepare solution architecture documentation, technical specifications,



and integration designs.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and organisational objectives.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Solution Architect.
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, solution design, and technical governance.
Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar technologies.
Experience delivering business applications and workflow automation solutions.
Understanding of PIMS, records management, document management, or similar information management systems.
Strong expertise in data architecture, data modelling, APIs, and system integration.
Experience with Microsoft .NET technologies and enterprise application environments.
Knowledge of forms management, case management, and CMS platforms.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with business teams, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
Desirable Skills
Experience in digital transformation and legacy system modernisation.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and integration best practices.
