Mpower is seeking an experienced Lead Support Worker to lead shifts within our Out of Home Care program and Residential Care homes, supporting children and young people to thrive in a safe, trauma-informed setting. You'll guide Support Workers, model best practice, manage incidents, and contribute to care plans across a 24/7 roster, including sleepovers and weekends.
