Lotus Commercial is creating a brand-recent Internal Sales & Retention Executive role within its national sales team. This office-based position strengthens customer relationships, improves retention and supports existing accounts across our expanding customer base.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will manage inquiries, qualify leads, prepare quotations, maintain CRM records and collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience with outstanding service.
