About the Role
n
Working closely with our team, you'll be an important point of contact for our customers and builders while also providing essential administrative support to the business.
n
Your day may include answering customer calls, following up enquiries, processing an order, preparing an invoice, checking an account, updating records or helping organise something happening in the office.
n
We're looking for someone who enjoys this variety and is happy to get involved wherever they're needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
n

Providing friendly, professional and helpful customer service
n
Responding to customers and builders phone calls, email and online enquiry
n
Preparing quotations and processing orders
n
Preparing and processing invoices
n
Accounts receivable and accounts payable
n
In home consultation and install scheduling
n
Following up outstanding invoices and payments when required
n
Maintaining accurate customer, order and accounts information
n
Assisting with reports and general management administration
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who is
friendly, confident, organised and proactive
.
n
You may come from a customer service, administration, accounts or office support background — or you may have experience across several of these areas.
n
What matters most is that you're someone who takes responsibility, follows things through and enjoys helping people.




You'll ideally have:
n
n
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly telephone manner
n
Confidence answering and making customer follow-up calls
n
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
Good organisational and time-management skills
n
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
n
Experience with invoicing and general accounts administration
n
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
n
A proactive approach and the confidence to use your initiative
n
Reliabile with a strong work ethic
n
A positive, team-focused attitude
n
Xero, and Aroflo
would be an advantage but not a requirement.
n
Previous experience in customer service, administration and accounts but we're more interested in finding the
right person with the right attitude
.
