The Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our established team in Narangba. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties while delivering high quality service to owners and tenants.
With a dedicated Leasing Officer and Inspections Officer in place, your focus will be on portfolio oversight, and relationship management rather than open homes, application processing or routine inspections.




Key Responsibilities
Manage residential properties in Narangba and surrounding areas
Handle owner and tenant communication
Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and company procedures
Liaise with contractors and maintain strong client relationships
About You
Experience in property management
Sound knowledge of tenancy legislation
Strong communication and organisational skills
