Skinstitut, a brand within Laser Clinics Group, seeks a Customer Service Specialist for a 10-month contract. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) is based at our Seven Hills warehouse and supports clients and clinic teams across Australia, Recent Zealand and Canada.
You will deliver exceptional service via phone and email, manage inquiries, assist with eCommerce platforms, load products and promotions, and collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain to drive positive outcomes and loyalty.
