L'Occitane Australia & Recent Zealand is seeking an experienced NSW Area Manager to lead our network of eight boutiques. Reporting to the NSW Regional Manager, you will drive sales, profitability and brand standards across the region while inspiring and developing high‐performing teams.
You will develop regional business plans, analyse performance, translate insights into action, and partner with People & Culture, Marketing and Support Office to deliver key initiatives.
