What's the opportunity?
As Regional Director, you will lead the growth of The CFO Centre - Brisbane and Gold Coast region. You'll work closely with an established team of experienced CFOs, build relationships with our clients, drive new client acquisition, and help ensure an outstanding experience for both clients and CFOs.
Operating with autonomy but backed by a national and global support structure. You will report to the CEO, Australia & NZ and will be an active member of the ANZ Regional Director team.
Three Key Areas of Focus
Growing the Region
Lead the growth of The CFO Centre Brisbane/SE Queensland by developing and executing a regional growth strategy aligned with our national objectives. You'll identify new opportunities, build awareness of our brand and value proposition, and create strong relationships within the business community.
You will engage directly with business owners to understand their goals and challenges and guide prospects through the full sales process from initial contact to signed engagement.
A key part of our growth is through our trusted advisers. You will establish and nurture relationships with trusted advisers, who can benefit from introducing our services to their clients and vice versa.
Leading and Growing the Team
Support,



coach, develop and grow a high-performing team of experienced CFOs. You'll help create a collaborative and successful culture through regular one-on-one meetings, team development activities, and ongoing mentoring.
You will play a key role in attracting and onboarding new CFOs, ensuring we continue to build a strong team that embodies The CFO Centre's values, culture and client-first approach.
Creating Exceptional Client Experiences
Work closely with CFOs and clients to ensure every engagement delivers outstanding value. From onboarding through to ongoing account management, you'll help ensure clients receive a consistent, high-quality experience that supports long-term success, advocacy and retention.
You'll act as a trusted escalation point when required, helping strengthen relationships and ensuring our clients achieve what they want their business to do for them.
