The Onset Group in Sydney is seeking a Lead Firmware Engineer to take ownership of the architecture behind its next generation of embedded products. You will be the central technical owner of an established platform, guiding software direction while staying close to hardware and code.
You'll lead architecture decisions, develop C/C++ on STM32 with FreeRTOS, and drive bootloaders, firmware updates and networked device capabilities. This is a hands-on senior role with leadership potential.
