– Our reported average annualised earnings are $113k for brokers with less than six months' experience and $184k for brokers with over two years' experience, with our top performer achieving over $300k.

What you'll do
You'll speak with customers who have already expressed interest in finance, understand their needs and help them find suitable vehicle and asset finance solutions. You'll manage your own pipeline, follow up opportunities, overcome objections and close deals while working within our sales and compliance processes.
What we're looking for
Proven success in phone-based sales, ideally in a target-driven environment.
Confidence building rapport, handling objections and closing deals.
Solid communication, follow-up and organisational skills.
A competitive, motivated attitude and genuine desire to earn more.
Someone who takes ownership, welcomes coaching and thrives in a busy sales environment.
You don't need finance experience or existing broker accreditation.
If you can sell, build relationships and deliver results, we'll provide the training and support to help you learn the finance side.
What's on offer?
$65,000 annual remuneration package including superannuation, plus uncapped commission.
Structured onboarding, ongoing coaching and accreditation support.
A full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.
