About The Role n
This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety and responsibility.



You'll be trusted to manage your jobs from start to finish while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
n
Your day-to-day work may include:
n

n
Arriving on site and assessing the scope of works (whether a small maintenance job or ongoing build)
n
n
Investigating plumbing issues and diagnosing faults
n
n
Problem-solving and identifying practical solutions with the team
n
n
Planning and coordinating rough-in and fit-off works
n
n
Organising and sourcing materials required for jobs
n
n
Completing works efficiently while meeting time and budget expectations
n
n
Communicating professionally with clients, builders and other trades
n
n
Managing your jobs through our job management software: taking photos, documenting progress and recording job notes
n
n
Preparing simple sketches and plans when required
n
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and professional worksite and vehicle
n
n
Delivering quality workmanship that reflects the standards of the SXP brand
n
n
We're looking for someone who can think ahead, take ownership of their work, and represent the business professionally on site.

What We're Looking For n

Certificate IV in Plumbing, Drainage & Gas Fitting
n
n
Current NSW Driver Licence
n
n
White Card
n
n
Full Australian working rights
n
n
Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems and materials
n
n
Ability to work independently/ with a team and manage time effectively
n
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
n
Honest, reliable, proactive with a strong work ethic
n
n
Clean and tidy with an eye for detail
n
n
Pride in delivering quality workmanship
