About the Role
Permanent Position working a night shift roster of Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday inclusive
Hours of work generally 6pm to 5am or finish
Assist with allocating freight, plan and manage staff workloads
Supervise, train and mentor a small team of forklift operators
Assist when required with the unloading/loading inbound and outbound freight in fridge vans, trailers and taut liners




Follow company procedures for storage, temperature, and inventory controls
Keep records in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures
Ideally you will have
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a transport environment, ideally in a logistics operational role
Proven understanding of Fatigue Management, Mass Management, Quality Assurance and Chain of Responsibility and hold a TLIF**** Administer a fatigue risk management system certification or being willing to obtain
Sound Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail
Truck/High Risk Forklift Licence (highly desirable)
Previous logistics experience in a fresh produce environment will be highly regarded
