What you'll do
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffee drinks and other beverages with precision and consistency
Take customer orders and process payments accurately
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment,



including regular sanitisation of equipment and surfaces
Assist with food preparation, plating and presentation according to established standards
Stock and rotate inventory, ensuring adequate supplies of coffee, milk, food items and consumables
Provide friendly, attentive and professional customer service to all guests
Work collaboratively with team members
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
Support general café operations as required
About you
Demonstrated experience preparing espresso-based beverages (at least 1 year of experience)
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during peak periods
Basic food handling knowledge and understanding of health and hygiene standards
Flexibility and willingness to assist across multiple areas of the café
Reliability and the ability to manage casual shifts responsibly
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail in beverage and food presentation
Previous hospitality or café experience is advantageous
