Traffic Controller with TC2 and TMI2 qualifications
to join our growing team!
We are an established civil construction company delivering exciting streetscape, road and infrastructure projects for local councils across Melbourne.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and isn't afraid to lend a hand when needed!

About the Role
Set up, maintain and remove traffic management equipment in accordance with approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
Safely manage vehicles, pedestrians and construction traffic.
Operate and maintain the allocated traffic management ute and equipment.




Coordinate with site supervisors and construction crews to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist civil crews with general site duties, housekeeping and keeping work areas clean, tidy and secure when required.
Ensure compliance with relevant safety and traffic management requirements.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Current
TC2 – Traffic Controller Category 2 (RIISS*****)
qualification.
Current
TMI2 – Traffic Management Implementer Category 2 (RIISS*****)
qualification.
Valid Construction Induction White Card (CPCWHS****).
Current Australian driver's licence.
Previous traffic control experience.
Good communication skills, reliability and a safety-first attitude.
Highly Regarded:
Experience working on civil construction and local council projects.
Experience implementing and managing traffic management setups on active construction sites.
A hands‐on, team‐player attitude with a willingness to assist civil crews, maintain a tidy site and help wherever needed.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and adapt to changing site conditions.
