Mercedes-Benz Sunshine Coast is seeking a motivated, technically minded and detail-oriented individual to join our successful dealership in a full-time Warranty Administrator role.
We're looking for someone with a sound understanding of automotive technology, workshop operations and manufacturer requirements, who is confident working with computer systems and keen to learn new warranty submission programs.
Previous warranty administration experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right candidate.
If you have the technical knowledge, dealership experience and willingness to learn, we'll support you with ongoing manufacturer training to help you succeed.

About the Role
As our Warranty Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with Mercedes-Benz manufacturer requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing,



processing and submitting manufacturer warranty claims.
Reviewing repair orders, technician notes and workshop documentation to ensure claims meet manufacturer guidelines.
Applying your technical automotive knowledge to understand repairs, diagnostic findings and warranty requirements.
Learning and navigating warranty submission programs, digital platforms and evolving manufacturer systems.
Monitoring claims, following up outstanding submissions and resolving rejected or queried claims.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures.
Liaising with Service Advisors, Technicians and Service Management to clarify technical information and support efficient claim processing.
Staying up to date with manufacturer warranty policies, procedures and system changes through ongoing training.
About You
You could be an experienced Warranty Administrator, a former or current Service Advisor, or an Automotive Technician looking for a different career path.
Ideally, you will bring:
A sound understanding of automotive technology, repairs and workshop terminology.
Previous experience in a dealership environment,



whether in warranty, service advising or vehicle servicing and repairs.
Confidence using computer systems and the ability to learn new software and submission platforms.
Robust attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical information.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
Clear communication skills and a team-oriented approach to working with the service team.
A proactive attitude, a willingness to learn and pride in producing quality work.
Previous warranty administration experience will be an advantage, but
we are equally interested in candidates with the right technical foundation, transferable skills and attitude.
