We're looking for a Casual Boutique Stylist to join the team at our Noosa boutique - styling our customers, telling the KIVARI story, and helping make the boutique somewhere people want to come back to.

KIVARI is an accessible designer brand with deep coastal roots, founded in Sydney in ****. Every piece is designed by our team in Australia and crafted with sustainability in mind. With signature design handwriting, quality craft and considered details, we inspire women to feel confident and authentically themselves. Community comes first, quality always - and our boutiques are where that comes to life, where our customers meet us properly for the first time.
About You:
You love people as much as you love product. You are warm, reliable and genuinely enjoy helping someone find a piece they will wear for years. You work well on your own and even better as part of a team, and you take pride in a boutique that looks and feels right.
Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional in-store experience for every KIVARI customer.
Welcome every guest to the boutique, tell the brand story and share product knowledge.
Style customers with confidence and help them find pieces they will love.
Receive, process and replenish stock.
Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
Work well independently and as part of the team.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience.
A genuine interest in fashion, styling and service.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Reliability and a team-first attitude.
Availability across weekends and peak trading periods.
