We have an exciting opportunity available to join our fun, dynamic, and collaborative legal team. Are you a passionate legal qualified ready to make a meaningful impact? We're looking for a Legal Counsel to join our talented and supportive Legal team. Based at the Burnley, VIC office this role offers the chance to work on high-value projects and help drive business success across Australia and New Zealand.

Providing strategic legal advice on commercial operations, compliance, contracts, disputes
Partnering with cross-functional teams to navigate complex legal and business challenges
Improving legal processes to drive efficiency and value
Managing and collaborating with external counsel on corporate and transactional matters

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;
Qualified Australian Legal Practitioner status, holding an unsupervised practising certificate in the State of Victoria.
At least 5 years' relevant post-admission experience
A detailed understanding of general corporate and commercial law matters, including knowledge in commercial contracts, corporate governance, competition and consumer law and dispute resolution
Proven ability to quickly and accurately identify issues and negotiate and resolve disputes
Experience engaging with a diverse range of people and facilitating groups with skill and confidence
