NOW HIRING: Warehouse Administrator
Working Hours: 3PM – 11:00PM
We are seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team and work until the New Year period. The ideal candidate will have robust administrative skills, good computer literacy, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external third parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organise warehouse paperwork and documentation.
- Manage and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Sort, file, and maintain manual paperwork accurately.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, internal departments, and external third parties.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
Essentially,
this role will liase with multiple divisions of the business to ensure orders are processed, fulfilled and delivered on time.
Basic Requirements
- Communication Skills: Confident communicating with internal staff and external third parties.
- Computer Skills: Adequate computer literacy and the ability to use everyday office applications.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and accuracy when handling information.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, well-organised, and able to work independently while supporting the wider warehouse team.
