I’m currently seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join a well-established SEQ developer-builder specialising in luxury high-rise residential construction on the Gold Coast.
This is a great opportunity to work on premium residential tower developments within a quality-driven construction team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits and safety compliance checks.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors to maintain strong safety standards.
- Review and implement SWMS, risk assessments and safety management plans.
- Monitor high-risk construction activities and provide practical safety guidance.
- Assist with incident investigations, reporting and corrective actions.
- Promote a proactive safety culture across site teams.
About You
- Previous experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction.
- Direct experience on high-rise residential projects is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction safety systems, WHS legislation and risk management.
- Confident engaging with site teams and subcontractors.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to site safety.
