We’re seeking a quality-driven Carpenter / Leading Hand to join a team delivering high-end residential projects across Sydney’s Lower North Shore, North Shore and Northern Beaches.

The Role
- Deliver high-quality carpentry across premium residential projects.
- Lead by example and maintain exceptional standards of workmanship.
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities and assist with trade and subcontractor coordination.
- Support site supervision, project scheduling and workflow.
- Maintain a safe,



organised and productive worksite.
- Work closely with the builder and site management team to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

About You
- Qualified Carpenter with solid residential construction experience.
- Previous Leading Hand experience, or a Carpenter ready to step into a leadership position.
- Experience with high-end residential builds, renovations or extensions.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Confident communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive attitude, robust work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Ambition to develop your skills and progress into a Foreman position.
