Key Responsibilities

- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities
- Deliver accurate month-end and management reporting
- Provide clear financial advice to executive and board-level stakeholders
- Monitor operating and capital expenditure performance
- Strengthen financial controls, governance and compliance
- Support audit and statutory reporting obligations
- Partner with internal stakeholders and shared service providers




- Provide guidance across the broader business services function

What You'll Need to Succeed

- CA, CPA or an equivalent accounting qualification
- Senior experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or similar
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills
- Experience preparing executive or board-level financial reporting
- Sound knowledge of audit, governance, compliance and financial controls
- The ability to balance strategic advice with hands-on delivery
- Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Government, statutory authority or broader public sector experience will be highly regarded
