Brennan offers an excellent remuneration package and benefits including:

- A focus on health and well-being - social club, sporting teams, health checks, poker, trivia nights and more!
- A strong culture underpinned by values that are truly lived every day
- An environment that embraces learning and development of all employees
- Flexibility to work in the way that brings out the best in you
- High levels of reward and recognition for overachieving.

The Role

As Brennan’s Account Based Marketing Manager, you’ll focus our marketing effort on the Enterprise and Government accounts that matter most, creating targeted account plays that build engagement, support sales conversations and influence new business and customer growth pipeline.
This is a hands-on delivery role where you’ll work alongside the Marketing Manager and take account-based activity from idea through to execution. The Marketing Manager owns Brennan’s integrated marketing plan, core campaign strategy, campaign calendar, broad demand generation, budget allocation and overarching messaging. You’ll work within that framework to build and manage named-account lists and tiers, develop account plans, map buying groups, tailor approved campaign messaging and assets, coordinate account-level activity across channels, track sales follow-up and report on account engagement, progression and pipeline influence.

You’ll use Brennan’s proprietary prospecting platform to extend agreed campaigns and approved sales content into targeted account-based plays, owning the account intelligence, personalisation, sales alignment, execution and measurement needed to make them effective. The Marketing Manager retains ownership of the broader marketing strategy, campaign framework and master sales content.

What you’ll deliver

- Build and maintain agreed Enterprise and Government account lists and tiers using Brennan’s ICP, sales priorities, territory plans, account insight and buyer intent signals
- Work with sales to identify the accounts, buying groups and whitespace opportunities that warrant focused ABM treatment, then translate them into practical account plans
- Run and manage ABM activity through Brennan’s proprietary prospecting platform, from planning and account activation through to sales follow-up, measurement and review

Deliver account-based campaigns and plays

- Turn agreed campaigns into targeted account plays across paid media, LinkedIn, email, events, content, executive engagement, direct outreach and sales follow-up
- Adapt approved sales decks, one-pagers, brochures, proposal content and messaging for priority accounts, industries, personas and buying groups, including executive briefing and opportunity-specific materials
- Coordinate delivery across marketing specialists and equip account teams with the context, messaging and follow-up actions needed to turn activity into customer conversations

Use data, intent and account insight

- Use CRM, LinkedIn, intent data and account intelligence tools to research accounts, map buying groups, identify signals and prioritise activity
- Give sales practical account snapshots, stakeholder maps, engagement insights and recommended next actions that help progress each account
- Track and optimise account engagement, sales follow-up, progression, opportunity creation and ABM-influenced pipeline, feeding results into the broader marketing performance view

Work alongside AI to improve targeting and execution

- Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude and similar platforms to accelerate account research, audience mapping, personalisation, content adaptation and reporting
- Create useful first drafts,

variations and summaries that can be reviewed and approved quickly, while maintaining accuracy, brand standards and appropriate oversight
- Share practical AI use cases, prompts and learnings that improve ABM delivery across marketing and sales

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring solid B2B ABM marketing experience, in Managed Services, ICT, technology or another complex B2B environment. You know how to turn sales priorities, account insight and approved campaigns into focused account plays that move from planning through to launch, follow-up and reporting.
You’re commercially minded, organised and hands-on. You can work confidently with the Marketing Manager, sales and marketing specialists; adapt approved content for named accounts; use data, AI and ABM tools practically; and keep activity relevant, accurate and moving.

What you’ll bring

- 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, demand generation, field marketing or a similar role within Managed Services / ICT, technology or complex B2B environments
- Proven ability to execute account-based marketing campaigns across named accounts or strategic account segments
- Strong understanding of Enterprise and Government buying journeys, stakeholder groups and long-cycle sales environments
- Experience working directly with sales teams to turn account priorities into practical campaigns, messaging and follow-up activity
- Hands-on experience with CRM, LinkedIn, marketing automation, ABM or intent-data platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus or similar
- Strong delivery skills across paid media, email, events, content, landing pages, digital channels and sales enablement materials
- Confident creating briefs, adapting content, drafting campaign copy and preparing practical materials for sales and marketing use
- Confident using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude or similar to support research, planning, messaging, content drafts, analysis and reporting
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaign timelines, stakeholders, deadlines and moving parts at once
- A practical, outcome-focused mindset — you care about getting work live, learning what works and improving it quickly
