CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Formwork Carpenter's to join a subdivision development project based in Gympie.

The role will involve formwork installation and construction associated with subdivision infrastructure, including concrete works for roads, drainage and other civil structures.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Formwork Carpenter, you will play a key role in supporting civil construction projects. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Assisting with the installation and removal of shoring boxes and trench support systems.
- Completing civil formwork and associated preparation works.
- Working alongside Excavator Operators and pipe crews, assisting with drainage and underground infrastructure works.
- General civil construction duties as required.
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a secure work environment.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Current Drivers Licence
- Blue/White Construction card
- Trade-qualified Formwork Carpenter
- Previous experience on civil drainage or underground services projects
- Experience installing and removing trench shoring systems
- Experience with pits, culverts or other civil concrete structures
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks.
