SustainHeath are seeking experienced Primary Health RN's for contract work across Australia.

We are seeking experienced and motivated Primary Health Nurses to join a range of healthcare services across Australia on short-term contracts.

These opportunities are ideal for nurses who enjoy working autonomously, are confident across a broad range of primary healthcare services and are passionate about providing quality care to diverse communities.

Depending on the location and service, your responsibilities may include patient assessments, chronic disease management, preventative health, immunisations, health education, health promotion, treatment and ongoing patient care.

You’ll have the chance to work across a variety of settings, including Aboriginal Medical Services (AMS), remote health services and community primary healthcare clinics.

What you will bring:





- Minimum 2 years’ Primary Health Nursing experience
- Previous AMS/Aboriginal health experience highly desirable
- Must be an immuniser with current certificate
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Remote nursing experience and relevant remote qualifications highly regarded
