We are seeking expressions of interest to join ICT in the position of Senior Business and Systems Analyst. You will bring your expertise in providing specialist analytical capability bridging business needs and solutions, along with your strong communication skills liaising with senior stakeholders ensuring consistency of all business artefacts and working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project scope is well defined before and after delivery. This role may require out of hour’s work responding to business needs as required. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.

To be successful, you will have demonstrated experience in:

- Business and systems analysis across complex technology and business change projects, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and traceability.
- Leading requirements workshops with senior business stakeholders and facilitating requirements sign-off across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Owning and managing a product backlog or requirements register,



including refinement, prioritisation, and scope change management.
- Allocating, coordinating, and overseeing work across Business and Systems Analysts, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, prioritised, and aligned with delivery timelines and project
- Production of business, systems, functional, and technical requirements documentation to a professional standard.
- Leading current and future state process mapping and facilitating process design with business owners
- Experience in defining acceptance criteria, overseeing UAT, and reviewing test outcomes against requirements.
- Stakeholder engagement and communication, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and influence senior stakeholders.
- Mentoring or guiding other analysts; demonstrated commitment to supporting team capability development.
- Producing professionally written reports, business cases, and documentation
- Successful implementation of technical and business change projects including projects encompassing technology, business process change, and care and support.
- Working in a consultative manner, establishing, and sustaining effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
