About the role
An opportunity to step into a high-profile Company Secretary role with a growing financial services organisation, supporting the Board through an important period of change and governance uplift.

Whether you are an experienced Company Secretary looking for broader influence or a capable Deputy ready to step into a named role, this position offers the prospect to work with a high degree of autonomy, advise at Board level and help shape the organisation’s governance practices.
Reporting to the Group General Counsel and accountable to the Board, you will oversee the effective operation of the Board and its Committees, providing trusted advice and ensuring the organisation meets its listed-entity governance obligations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Board and Committee governance, including meeting processes and effectiveness
- Governance frameworks, policies and continuous improvement
- ASX, ASIC and listed-entity compliance
- Annual reporting and shareholder meetings
- Shareholder and investor-related governance matters
- Subsidiary governance and Director support

About you
You bring sound judgement, strong technical expertise and the confidence to advise senior stakeholders on complex governance matters. You understand how to influence without authority,



balance competing priorities and work independently while building trusted relationships across the organisation.
You will have a proven working knowledge of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations, and the practical requirements of supporting an ASX-listed entity.
Just as importantly, you enjoy working beyond established processes. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving problems and leading governance initiatives that deliver meaningful improvements.
