We're looking for an experienced Store Manager who enjoys being hands-on, developing their team and driving sales in a customer-focused retail environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring your team delivers exceptional service while achieving sales and operational targets.

* Leading, motivating and developing a team to achieve store targets
* Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong customer relationships
* Driving sales performance and monitoring key store KPIs
* Managing rosters, wage budgets and day-to-day store operations
* Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
* Overseeing stock management, replenishment and inventory control
* Creating a positive team culture that encourages accountability and collaboration





About You

You're a confident retail leader who knows how to bring out the best in a team while keeping the customer at the centre of all that you do.

* Previous experience as a Store Manager or a strong Assistant Store Manager ready for the next step
* Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a retail team
* A strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs and commercial performance
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* A genuine interest in books, reading and creating an engaging customer experience
