Senior Business Services Manager – Sydney Up to $250,000 + Super | Senior Leadership Opportunity | Growing Firm

An established and growing accounting firm in Sydney is looking for an experienced Senior Business Services Manager to join its leadership team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Public Practice professional looking for greater responsibility, autonomy and a genuine pathway towards further leadership. You’ll take ownership of a quality client portfolio, lead and develop a team, and work closely with the Partners across complex tax, advisory and strategic client matters.

The Role

- Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of business and private clients.
- Oversee complex tax compliance, financial statements and advisory work.
- Provide high-level tax planning, structuring and business advisory services.
- Build trusted relationships and act as a key advisor to clients.
- Lead, mentor and develop Managers, Accountants and Senior Accountants.
- Review work and maintain high technical and quality standards across the team.
- Work closely with Partners on complex client matters and strategic projects.
- Contribute to workflow management, team performance and broader firm growth.




- Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen existing client relationships.

About You You will ideally be CA or CPA qualified with extensive Australian Public Practice experience at Senior Manager or experienced Manager level.
You’ll bring strong technical knowledge across Business Services and taxation, along with demonstrated experience managing significant client relationships, reviewing complex work and leading a team.
You will also be commercially minded, confident dealing directly with senior clients and comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy.
