You’ll need:
- Solid factory management background with process improvement experience
- Proven experience managing window and door manufacturing
- Hands-on knowledge of commercial and residential window fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret technical and fabrication drawings
- Strong leadership skills with accountability for production and quality
- Focus on cost efficiency while maintaining high standards
