Prospect
A clinic in the Adelaide metropolitan area is seeking an experienced Dentist to join its team, ideally full time. The clinic is owned and run by a national dental group rather than a single owner, which means structured support, clear systems and access to clinical leadership when you want it.

Dentists here are given real autonomy in how they treat, backed by national marketing that brings patients to the clinic and a preferred provider model that keeps them coming. Retainer arrangements are available in the early months, so you can focus on clinical work while your book grows.

A visiting implant dentist already attends the clinic, so there is no pressure to provide implant services, though the right clinician can talk through how they might get involved.

About You
You are an experienced Dentist with current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights. You have solid general dentistry skills, communicate openly and are looking to commit to one practice and grow with it.

You value being part of a larger group, with the structure and support that brings, while still being trusted to run your own day. Implant experience is not required, though it would be viewed favourably.
