Chance
A clinic in the Perth metropolitan area is seeking an experienced Dentist to join its team. The clinic is owned and run by a national dental group rather than a single owner, which means structured support, clear systems and access to clinical leadership when you want it.

Dentists here are given real autonomy in how they treat, backed by national marketing that brings patients to the clinic and a preferred provider model that keeps them coming. Retainer arrangements are available in the early months, so you can focus on clinical work while your book grows.

About You
You are an experienced Dentist with current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights. You have solid general dentistry skills, communicate openly and are looking to commit to one practice and grow with it.

You value being part of a larger group, with the structure and support that brings, while still being trusted to run your own day.

Key Highlights

- Clinical autonomy within a group that provides structure and support
- Access to clinical leadership from a national group
- Retainer support in the early months

- National marketing and preferred provider programme driving patient flow

Location
The clinic sits in Perth’s south-west, close to the coast and surrounded by leafy residential suburbs. Families are well catered for with a wide choice of public and private schools, shopping and sporting clubs nearby.

Major hospitals and the wider Melville and Cockburn areas are within easy reach, and the beaches are a short drive away.
