Opportunity
A growing family dental practice in Adelaide’s inner west is looking to add an Associate Dentist, with strong earning potential for a clinician happy to help build the book.

The owner-dentist currently runs the clinic alone and wants an experienced colleague to share a growing patient load. The role starts part-time, with days expanding as demand does.

The practice is still in a growth phase, so this suits a dentist who sees the value in building a patient base rather than walking into a booked-out diary. In return, you share in that growth and have genuine say over how your own days and patient list take shape.

About You
You are an experienced Associate Dentist with solid general dentistry skills, current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights. You are self-sufficient,



communicate well with patients and are comfortable working without hands-on supervision.

The owner is after a clinician with a calm, family-focused style rather than an aggressive cosmetic approach. Experience in endodontics, aligners or implants would be viewed favourably but is not essential.

Location
The practice is around five kilometres from the Adelaide CBD, making for a short drive in and out of the city, with Adelaide Metro bus services nearby.
On-site parking at the practice keeps the daily commute simple, and the location suits clinicians living in the city, the inner west or the western suburbs.
