Ozcare has an exciting permanent part-time chance available for an Allied Health Assistant to join our Rockhampton Aged Care at Home team.Working closely with Allied Health Professionals, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients to achieve their goals, maintain independence, and enhance their wellbeing within their own homes and communities. This rewarding position provides the opportunity to work with a diverse client base across aged care, disability, rehabilitation, reablement, and preventative health services.Your RoleAs an Allied Health Assistant, you will support the delivery of therapeutic programs and interventions under the guidance of Allied Health Professionals, helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes and remain safe and independent at home.Your tasks will include:Assisting with the implementation of individualised therapy programs prescribed by Allied Health ProfessionalsSupporting clients in their homes to work towards rehabilitation, reablement and wellbeing goalsMonitoring and reporting client progress, outcomes and responses to therapy interventionsAssisting with client goal reviews, assessments and evaluations as directedPreparing, maintaining and transporting therapy equipment and assistive aids as requiredRecording accurate, timely and comprehensive client documentation and progress notesSupporting administrative functions, including appointment scheduling and client records managementParticipating in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborating with internal and external stakeholdersMaintaining client confidentiality and compliance with organisational policies, procedures and professional standardsYour AttributesWe're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting people to live independently and achieve their goals.You have:A caring, compassionate and client-focused approachA genuine commitment to improving health,
