Applejack Hospitality is seeking experienced and energetic waitstaff to join our award-winning team across some of Sydney's most celebrated venues, including RAFI, The Botanist, The Butler, Bopp & Tone, and our exciting new venue opening in Wynyard.

From vibrant long lunches and sophisticated dinners to memorable celebrations, our venues are known for outstanding food, exceptional beverages, and warm, professional service. We are looking for hospitality professionals who share our passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.

What We're Looking For

- Experience working in a restaurant, bar or fast-paced hospitality environment
- Delivering warm, friendly and skilled table service
- An outgoing personality with the confidence to build rapport with guests
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen, bar and floor teams
- A current NSW RSA Competency Card
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster,



including evenings and weekends
