Join our client's dynamic Asset & Corporate Finance team in Brisbane as a Junior Lawyer.

Salary: Salary package is fully based off years of experience, and what you can bring to the firm. Salary is open to negotiation, but between $100,000 to $140,000 DOE for the right candidate.

About the Position:

Our client seeks a dedicated lawyer with 1-2 years of post-admission experience to join their Asset & Corporate Finance practice in Brisbane. This role offers the chance to advance your career in a dynamic, supportive setting. You will work closely with a respected partner, handling a variety of property finance transactions for banks and financial institutions. Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing security documentation
- Conducting due diligence on the Personal Property Securities Register and building contracts
- Managing finance transactions from instruction to settlement
- Building and maintaining client relationships




- Assisting with complex matters and engaging in interstate and international transactions

Key Requirements:

- 1-2 years post-admission experience in a reputable firm
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage transactions efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- High level of integrity, client service, and communication skills
- Enthusiastic about learning and developing specialist knowledge
