Our client is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Corporate/M&A; Lawyer to join their prestigious team. The successful candidate will take the lead on complex and high-profile mergers and acquisitions, offering strategic legal advice and ensuring seamless transaction processes. Key Responsibilities:

- M&A; Transactions: Lead and manage complex mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and closing processes.
- Corporate Advisory: Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Drafting & Negotiation: Draft and negotiate various legal documents, including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and other transactional documents.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored legal solutions.
- Team Collaboration:



Work closely with other lawyers, paralegals, and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services.

Key Requirements:

- Admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate law and M&A.;
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-profile transactions from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
